To maintain this level of quality, we carefully select candidates from two internal rosters.
First, Priority Roster
Our Priority Roster is a select group of assistants whose profiles are sent to clients first when new opportunities arise.
Candidates on this roster receive:
First access to open personal assistant roles
Priority consideration when matching assistants to clients
Resume review and guidance when selected for a Forma position

Second, Executive Circle Roster
Candidates who apply are considered for our Executive Circle Roster. This roster is reviewed when we are expanding our search for the right assistant-client match.
Both rosters are part of the Forma network, but the Priority Roster receives the earliest consideration for available roles.
